Everything was wonderful! Great place to stay for our short trip to buffalo for back to school shopping. The pool gave my 8 year old boy a reason to be excited (he hates shopping). Having breakfast ready for us when we got up was perfect! The fitness centre wasn't big but it had the basics to get in my morning workout. We will be back next year!

My husband, my two daughters and I stayed in 2 rooms for 1 night at the Holiday Inn Express Amherst- Lockport on South Transit. The hotel was clean, staff is friendly, the breakfast was very nice…surprisingly for an Express 2.5 star. The Pool was a bit on the small size but no one was in the water so it was great! There were many parking spaces. Our problem was the extreme noise coming from the A/C unit and road noise. The South Transit Rd felt like a highway… excessive noise! The hotel needs to fix these two major issues. My daughter’s heard loud music til 5 am…I wish they would have told my husband and I but they did not want to bother us. If it wasn’t for the noise I’d give them 10+!

This is a clean, well-appointed place to stay in a convenient location 20 minutes from the airport. Breakfast every morning. I wish they would have given me some complimentary water in my room. The water dispensers in the lobby were not always there. Comfortable bed and pillows. Comfortable temperature control. Thin floors/walls: I could hear, literally, booming footsteps above me (I was on the 2nd floor) until 10:30 pm. Must've been kids up way too late. But all in all, I'd stay there again and recommend it to others. And bring my own water.
