The staying was most worth because of the view to the Times Square from a hotel common area, and also because of its location, right in the middle of everything. The bad part was the customer service that could’ve been much better, I had a tray from a food order outside of my room for 3 days.
I like the location of the hotel, 2 blocks from center of time square. The standard room was very very small. I enjoyed the adjustable bed. Although the hotel is fairly a few years old, it already seemed to be beat up.
Doorman was really nice. Facilities were a little bit out of date. And the sound insulation of the room was not very good. But it was really convenient to go anywhere. Overall, it was a cozy place to stay for a short trip in NYC.
I liked that the property was not too busy but still minutes from everything
It was an exceptional stay in a great area in Little Italy the service was top notch the room cleanliness was great we had a beautiful Balcony with a view of the Empire State building
I loved the views of the city with the Gotham view. Perfect staycation!
Great place to stay when in nyc. Clean rooms. Great location
I love how it gave a vibe as if you where in England . So modern , bed was very comfortable . Whole suite was very welled cleaned .
Fantastic location & facility... truly a "jewel"! I have stayed here often for both business and pleasure and will be my NYC go-to choice!
La ubicación está súper excelente, tienes restaurantes cercas , bancos y servicios
Clean room and comfortable. Near everything with a nice view of the city
Very good, clean stay.
It is a good hotel, very affordable, and good service.
Amazing view of the freedom tower from my room. Very comfortable & surprisingly spacious room
It was nice, I don’t like the fact it was no lobby
Yep! I sure had a nice post birthday bash there. A groovy staycation for sure. I loved the food and beverage treats. (Champagne celebration.) An interesting chat with an L.A. woman in the fine Terrace Lounge. Then my 3 hour gym work out was significantly rewarding. A bit hard to sleep. Breakfast ...
Comfortable, centric and the best view of One World Observatory. Upgraded to a room with fridge and microwave, very convenient. Walking distance to metro, shops, restaurants and sights. Very thorough in covid precautions. And it’s pet friendly! Will definitely be back
Cleanliness is the most important factor for me. The room was very clean.
