Excellent modern boutique hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pros:Very new, modern, and clean boutique design. Excellent bunk bed setup that my young nieces loved. Super nice and helpful staff. Safe surroundings. 24/7 7-Eleven just one block away. Note: The rooms are small, but they are perfectly fine if you just need a good, comfortable place to sleep and rest!

Small but perfectly functional room. Common areas were clean, smelt lovely, and very useful. Housekeeping was pretty lame. Took towels and didn’t replace them. Didn’t replenish bottled water.

Sadly I can not in good faith recommend anyone to stay here We had booked a ‘ queen city view room ‘ for a few days for my birthday - and frankly I couldn’t wait to check out. 1. Found someone’s black hair in the bed / pillows 2. Booked a ‘ queen city view room’ , initially put in a ‘corner room’ opposite a roof top bar . Noise was ridiculous , we had to change rooms in the middle of the night and were told by the maintenance man this goes on until 2am ! 3. The room we were then moved to was opposite some sort of plant room , air con wasn’t working properly , drilling going in a courtyard outside our window and again just constant noise noise noise 4. When I attempted to talk to various staff about issues encountered the customer service was sub par and and the only option on offer was to play musical rooms and move again which we declined 5. The rooms are tiny , 1 person maximum , we are 2 slight people and we’re falling over each other 6. The layout of the room is so poor I am absolutely covered in bruises from trying to get in and out the wooden hard bed frame I left exhausted and fed up !

This hotel is clearly very new, and some teething troubles are understandable. Unfortunately, the poor welcome, lack of responsiveness and uncomfortable room design made for a disappointing stay. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel four times through Expedia and sent two emails to request allergy-friendly, feather-free bedding. After receiving no response, I eventually had to call and wait on hold for 15 minutes before the request was addressed. The housekeeping staff were wonderful—kind, helpful and meticulous—and had prepared the room correctly by the time I arrived. However, a guest with a serious feather allergy should not have to make this much effort to secure safe bedding. My arrival was even more troubling. The handle broke off the hotel’s large entrance door and struck me hard in the leg. When I went inside, the front-desk staff simply asked me to wait, and I had to interrupt them to explain that the door had just injured me and that I needed first aid. The response felt rude and distinctly unwelcoming, particularly given what had happened. The room itself also prioritizes appearance over comfort. Bright nightlights remain on throughout the night, the room is extremely noisy, and the window shades are effectively see-through. The bed has been raised high enough to accommodate suitcases underneath, but at five foot four, I found it genuinely difficult to get in and out of and bruised my thighs doing so. There are some lovely touches: the steamer and hairdryer a
