Aloft Hotel, Chelsea is located in a great location especially traveling with family. The staff at the desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were decently sized for New York and clean. I would stay here again.

Great view of the old neighborhood (and beyond) from my room on 30th floor. I was born (70 years ago) just a block away and grew up in Chelsea. The friendly staff made my homecoming extra special. Location is convenient to just about everything, too!

Victor was very helpful, who was the manager that helped me handle my hotel stay, specifically with flight issues for this trip. He does a very good job managing this hotel, it was honestly worth every penny. He deserves an award and needs to manage regionally or at higher scales to have this same type of hotel & customer service. Very satisfied.

We had such a great stay at Aloft by Marriott New York Chelsea! The location was perfect for exploring New York—so many places were within walking distance, and the subway was just around the corner, which made getting around the city so easy. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, and our room had everything we needed after long days of exploring. We also loved the overall atmosphere of the hotel and how friendly and helpful the staff were. It was such a convenient and comfortable home base for our NYC trip, and we’d definitely stay here again! 🗽✨

Everything was good, very clean, nice staff. Some confusion with the elevators, but is was resolved that day. We were told there were free muffins for breakfast, so we figured we would have a quick meal before going to the airport, only to be told they haven’t had them for a long time, but couldn’t keep up with the signs?! That they could have done better. Beds were good.

The property and room was nice but the air did not work The white stay and we had a portable brought up. They did forget to clean our room the first day but it was okay. I'd stay there again. The location was great close to MSG and short walk to Times Square and the subway.

Very easy checkin process. Arrived to the property and 2 pm and was able to checkin to our room right away. Our room was very clean and had a nice city view—we also loved the Bluetooth speaker and listened to tunes in our room before strolling the city! The staff member at the front desk (believe her name was Samantha) was very friendly and made for the smooth process. Also, the location is ideal and within walking distance to msg. Only downside was that there was only one elevator in operation for some time which accounts for the four star ranking in some categories. Despite waiting some time for an available elevator, the issue was minor and resolved by nighttime so I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Aloft was perfect for the 2 days I was staying for. The room is clean, well kept and beautiful. The room is quite small but that's average for a NY hotel. The hotel is located in Chelsea, the flower district. 1 Train was accessible close by. I stayed on the 31st floor and the view of the city was immaculate. Lots of coffee shops and stores located nearby as 34th street is not too far away. The staff was nice and check in was easy. I would definitely stay here again. The price and value was worth it.
