Nice hotel in good location, just a few minute's walk from the NYC Metro. Safe area with good shops, bars & restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful and stored our bags for us before our flight.

Great hotel and staff, located close to multiple train stations. My only problem was the breakfast. The breakfast was not enough for everyone in the hotel. I was able to get some only 1 day of my 4 days stay. Overall, it is a good hotel.

The hotel is well situated, closed to different subway stations and some good spots to eat. It was clean. However, the breakfast was not available on both days we were there, although it said that a continental breakfast was included, which was disappointing, because we had to buy breakfast which was extra for us.

The location is really good, just a few blocks from the N and W trains. But it is a pretty old, tired property, especially for the price paid. I found blood stains on a pillowcase and a bath towel, and the other towels were fraying. Breakfast is just pastries and they’re limited - I was there at 8:15am my 2nd day, and everything was gone. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in LIC; I won’t be returning to this one

The hotel location was ideal as it was close to many things to do and restaurants. We did end up securing a parking spot which was perfect. But parking is very limited. We didn’t have a great view on the 4th floor. The shades, bedding, arm chair and carpet was not very clean. The iron ruined my husbands shirt as it was not working properly. We notified the desk and they did not offer to compensate for our ruined shirt. They did however provide us with new clean pillows when asked for them. Overall the hotel was ok but I likely will not be staying at this location again.

Well maintained and well run hotel. Clean, quiet, secure. Nice looking rooms and public spaces. Parking onsite available at a reasonable cost; the staff allowed me to keep the car there for several hours after checkout. Only two blocks from a NYC subway stop and then ten minutes into Manhattan. Lots of good restaurants within a few blocks. They don't currently offer breakfast but they do put coffee out in a nice lounge area.

I loved the view of our room. Room was clean. Close walk to the subway. Only thing I didn't like was the motion sensor lights by the door. Sometimes they would go off in the middle of the night. But I would stay again.
