We absolutely loved our stay at Placemakr and will 100% return. Our one bedroom suite was modern, roomy and so comfortable. Our teenage kids loved it. The hotel has many guest amenities like a rooftop, laundry room, huge kitchens which were all great. I loved the location on Wall st. There were many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. It was also close to many subway stations. I doubt you can find a better hotel in NYC!

We stayed at the Placemakr Hotel in New York with my family, and honestly, it was a great experience. The staff were super kind and helpful, and they even gave us a upgrade to a bigger room. Everything matched the description perfectly. We had to leave before check-out, but they kindly stored our luggage until our evening flight. The location is very central, in Wall Street, and the neighborhood felt nice and quiet. The room had a small kitchen, which made it easy to have breakfast and save some money. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as promised. Thank you guys.

We had a fantastic stay at Placemakr Wall Street and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York. The location is unbeatable—situated in a safe, vibrant part of the Financial District, it sits just steps away from multiple subway lines, making it incredibly easy to explore the rest of the city. The room itself felt more like a modern apartment than a standard hotel. It was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. The amenities were excellent, including a well-equipped fitness center and beautiful common spaces. The check-in process was entirely digital and seamless, and the staff we encountered were polite and helpful. It truly felt like a relaxing home away from home in the middle of NYC. We will definitely be back!

Overall a very good hotel, clean and great location. Was not luxurious- the beds and linens were OK but not great and there was virtually no room to walk around the bed. Having 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen in a location convenient to transport with free laundry is a great find. The 7th floor patio with a river view was an incredible amenity. Have to mention the staff was uniformly friendly and helpful.

The location was still good for a Saturday stay with a lower rate b/c subway stations are close by as is Pier 11 to get over to DUMBO quickly. The neighborhood wasn’t a ghost-town even a good bit after midnight. Room was clean and nice.
