The site sat near the subway, a seven-minute walk away, and reaching Times Square required less than thirty minutes. Although the neighborhood is developing, we felt secure, and a gem park nearby offers a view of the East channel.

Staffs were super friendly and even kind enough to give us a king size bed rather than a queen size, which I booked. The wall insulations are super thin, you can hear all the cars going by and even neighbors closing their room doors. Bathroom not so clean, found a dead bug and there are yellow residues on the wall.

Everything was great, our neighbors in the next room were loud, from 1am till about 3, when we finally had enough and called the desk. The music and laughter ended quickly after that. Thank you to the staff for the quick response.

My fiancé and I had a nice stay here. The hotel lobby and room looked clean and staff were nice. I loved the large window in our room with a partial view of the city. Amenities like a fridge, iron, and blow drier were nice too. My only complaint is that the bed was way too firm for me. I didn’t sleep well since my body is used to a softer bed. Aside from that, we had a pretty good experience here.

The room was clean, it was spacious didn’t feel cramped, view was perfect from the room we stayed it. Room had hot water, plenty of light and a tv. Parking was hard but not impossible to find. The neighborhood is not the greatest but wouldn’t call it unsafe, just not something I would feel comfortable walking around in at night time. Staff were nice and helpful when it came to parking and finding things in the hotel. It’s worth the price they’re asking for, would book again.

The place was clean, no smoking, no smell of smoke. Staff was nice and helpful. Only one issue, there was a small leak under the bathroom sink that took 2 days to fix, even though, the leak was noticed and the staff was informed on a Saturday, wasn't fixed til Monday. I would still go back and stay with them again.
