Golden Valley Vacations

I was told I had a late check out for free, the next day I was told by the staff that the rep that told me this was a new agent and did not know their policies. I was told I could pay for a late check out as they did not have any courtesy free late check out. Not even 1 hour! That’s all I needed 1 hour.

Realice mi reservación, llegué al hotel y nunca apareció mi reservación en el sistema del hotel. Me comuniqué con expedía y ellos me indicaron que todo estaba bien, pero el hotel nunca me dio solución. Espere al rededor de 1 hora y media mi grupo y yo. Por más que les dije que tenía factura de pago, reservación y confirmación no fue posible que me dejaran ingresar a descansar.

Excellent location right in the heart of the Strip. Hotel is good quality for the cist. Rooms were big and quiet.

I love the rooms at planet Hollywood always clean and if there’s an issue the staff responds quickly. I also like the location of the resort, I have stayed there every time I go to Las Vegas over the years.

We only stayed one night in Mountain View tower. Was able to check in early for a fee. Room was clean. The only thing I thought that was weird was the shower had no door or curtain so water would get everywhere. Would have liked to have a mini fridge but we made it work.

Love the sphere view , got the luxury suite , but only thing no free Coffee inside the room .
