It was an overall fun place to be at. The kids loved being at the pool and hanging out by the river and even watched a movie! We have made some core memories at this place. The room had some stains in the carpet that could be worked on and the sink seemed to be backed up, but other than that the staff was very accommodating when we needed to switch rooms.

Very nice stay. The staff working at the Mexican restaurant in the food court were very nice. My son really enjoyed the pool. The only thing I would say is I wish the table games were open more. My son said he would like to go back

checking in and out was smooth and fast. We got the south tower 4th floor. It was humid once we step out of the elevator but the rooms were very nice clean and cold. No room service was done. I had to call them to send someone up and they did. Also no ice on our floor. Other than that it was a good stay.

Wendy checked is in, she was fantastic! We were able to get our friends room booked next to ours making our experience great to start, we went for July 4th , this place has the best fireworks in the nation making Disneyland fireworks look cheap. The pool area is great, all the staff was super helpful. We had breakfast at feathers, decently priced good eatin and kept us on property. We even took in a movie at 1030 pm , and hit up thriftys ice cream both days. We also purchased REAL professional fireworks and were able to shoot them off in the resorts designated football sized field area. This trip has become a family tradition for years to come. Great deal for a great resort.

Jessica was wonderful checking me in. Facility overall clean with nice amenities. Ice machines on many floors out of ice. There were a few things missing in my room upon check-in. Very noisy at night after midnight outside the property, kept waking me up. Otherwise a great stay.

Drain in shower drained very slow creating an issue of having to stand in used shower water....Hallways and rooms needed to have a vacuum put over them. Small bits of paper trash and bottle caps on floor of our room when we checked in. On the plus side, they had excellent air conditioning that kept our room ice cold (60 degrees) and housekeeping staff was kind and helpful.

The room was not clean and we had to change rooms because it looked like an incident happened?!? The front desk was very helpful and the next room was dusty but decent. We only stayed one night and checked in after 9pm. The TV had app options (Netflix, Prime, ect.) but none of them could connect to the internet. Food was limited and not appetizing. My husband ended up driving to McDonalds. The pool and beach area looked nice for families. When we checked out things seemed to be opening up in the food court area. It seemed convenient to have a movie theater on site.
