The property was awesome. It had everything you might want or need. They had a movie theater, bowling alley, plenty of bars and restaurants. They even had a 24 hour snack bar. I had so much fun there.

Check in was ok, clerk not as friendly as she could have been, never really looked up at us, Bellman and Valet were friendly and fast. Room was clean beds were to firm for me. Overall a good stay would go again. They need changing area at the pool, you have to walk through the casino i your swimsuit to get there, then back through after swimming, not very comfortable.

The pool for kids was very disappointing. Needs lots of work. They need to upgrade like the other pool. Took my grandkids and only hung out for a little while. Please upgrade so adults with kids can have a beautiful experience. Besides that we loved our stay.

Breakfast buffet is pretty decent. We booked the executive suite double balcony, bathroom was huge, and it did have a bar seating behind the bed which I loved. This is our 3rd stay definitely our best stay yet. Pool was clean not busy at all toward the night so perfect for couples who just wanna chill. I would love them to add a way to log in to Netflix or Hulu like the other hotels usually have as the cable selection is iffy. Elevator was down for a short time but they did fix it very quickly. Definitely recommend it the other hotels definitely are not this clean.

The room was very clean and the casino is very nice, however if you are on a lower floor facing the river you will be woken up by music. They play music at the pool from about 8am to 10pm and it is very loud. I was woken up every morning of our trip and I wish that they wouldn't play it until later in the afternoon to avoid disturbing those who enjoy sleeping in on vacation. Other than that, it was a nice place.
