The band at the bar was great! The pool however was dirty, and the jacuzzi did not work. The staff was short and they were feeling it on check with the luggage assistance. But very nice staff everywhere, from the casino to the restaurants & bars to the pool staff.

My sheets were soiled with i do not know what. My king turned into 2 queens. Nice view of the desert. Been 8 days and still haven't got my deposit. Beer was not cold at the bar.

We like the central location to other properties in Laughlin since we enjoy walking. However, only having three operating elevators for a Father’s Day weekend crowd was ridiculous. And our bathroom was slanted and visibly not level.

Clean and stocked rooms withOUT mini fridge or microwave!! Be mindful and plan to spend $40 on a small decent cooler or spend more on the restaurants/stores food and drink. There are deals for food IN the hotel restaurant, however, read the fine print (by one meal-get one for $1)! I brought the cooler home as luggage!! Duct tape or ratchet strap it closed. The Auqarius has a nice menu in their restaurant (across the street). Three fulls meals with drinks for $20!! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The pool has movie nights and it’s spread out, so the little ones won’t bother the adults, if they stay at their end. There are not kids toys at the pool but you can bring your own, respectfully. The valet was closed for most of my stay and the carts were NOT readily available. Be prepared and give yourself extra time. Overall, the price point was excellent through this platform! About $150 for 3 nights

hotel and staff were good and accomodating but staying in the south tower with 6 elevators (2 were broken) for 26 floors was ridiculous....at certain times of the day the wait time to enter onto the elevator going up or down was up to 15-20 min! next time I will know to stay in the north tower...they had SEVERAL elevator options to use.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a view of the strip and the pool which was kind of cool. Hotel is not riverfront, but they give you access to Harrah's which is, and you can use their pools as well. The casino is small but descent. They have a great bar in the middle which has a live band that plays a little bit of everything. That was a plus. We really enjoyed the night there. Parking was close to our tower so that was very convenient as well. The elevators line was always, always long in the back. you had to wait at least 10 minutes to get on the elevator every time. Busy weekend I guess. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Rooms were great issue was the lines for the elevators, only three elevators working the whole weekend. On a friday night line went back into parking lot and everyone was very upset with each other and no staff to controll the lines. Once you made it up to your room you didnt want to leave the room due to how long it would take to get down and back up. I have stayed here before but you can tell the staff was not ready for a busy weekend. Not sure If we will stay here again due to the lack of concern from staff when this issue was brought up.
