Great hotel. I saw the cleaning staff and they really try to keep the place clean. Great and friendly people. We will be back again and ready to play in the river since this was our 1st time and we didn't know there was a river behind this hotel. I hope this city stays this way and doesn't turn into las vegas part II.

We stayed in room 604 which was not a river facing room. It was quiet. I travel with my dog. There was a patch of grass nearby for my dog to do his business on. We only stayed one night. The room was adequate. The room was clean. I would recommend this Hotel if you’re traveling with Dogs.

The stay here was fantastic. We extended a week. It's clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. We has a few ransom issues that just happen(ice machine empty and ac went out first day) and I need to state clearly these issues were dealt with completely in minutes. Kenny had me bags of ice and electrolyte pops right away because he was not having a guest without ice. Engineering had my ac out and replaced in literally 15 to 20 minutes. Security is always visible but not bothersome. Housekeeping is a call away. The pool, river and casino are all fun and well kept. The beach is beautiful. This was a fantastic stay and a great price for it.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. We were able to upgrade to a river view room which was a plus. There are no mini fridges or microwaves in the room. For the price, those should be included. The pool was shut down, so very disappointed we weren't able to use it, which was the plan, for the one day that we were there. We did go down to the river for a couple hours, which was beautiful, but didn't have everything we needed for spending time at the river instead of the pool. Overall, will go back, just be more prepared.

The room seemed clean the best way to describe it. The place is just wore out in cowboy terms "ITS BEEN RODE HARD AND PUT AWAY WET" Its just old. Staff was friendly I think the employees are doing a good job considering what they have to work with. We wont be staying there again. Its just wore OUT.. :(
