Not very accommodating. Make sure you specify if you NEED a downstairs room when you make your reservations. Need many upgrades. Also need new linens. Best part of my stay was the pool. Oh yeah! Don't forget your TV remote during check in!!!!

As long as you have good expectations this is a great place. It’s not a resort so be realistic. Rooms were clean, bigger than expected, and a great view from the balcony. The breakfast is not really a breakfast but most places in the area don’t even offer it. I recommend bringing a pillow. We went and bought some cheap ones at Walmart. But for the price it was wonderful and I will definitely keep this one in my pocket for any future use. No complaints it was great for the price.

The worst stay my family and I have ever had. Appreciate the lady that gave us the last room available, she turned a lot of people away because they had no more vacancies.the wait was really long to get a room. Room was far from clean. No remote for the TV. A/C blew warm air. No soap. Hand towel luckily looked new. 1 pillow per bed. Bed was smaller than the frame lol. Blankets on the bed looked like someone already slept in them. The next morning we left before check out. I seen housekeeping with their cart. No clean sheets or towels replacements. No cleaning supplies, a spay bottle that looked like water with paper towels. Made a lot of sense why the room wasn't clean.

My husband and I stayed in the River front room. The room was very spacious and we liked how it came with a kitchenette. We were happy with the new TV having streaming sites. Our favorite part about the room was the patio with the river view. We do also appreciate the air conditioning working very good and how there were two (one for each area of the room) We were a little disappointed that the pool was drained and not open for guests. I also feel the room should be updated and the bath tub replaced. Also, the room comes with one towel & one wash cloth. I think it should be standard to have at least two towels & two wash cloths in each room. You are able to go to the office and ask for more. I would also suggest if you stay here to bring an extra pillow. Other than that. For the price the room was worth it. This can be such a beautiful property if the owner put a little more love into it. Lastly, the lady in the office was very very nice. She was training a younger lady who checked us in but when I had to go back to the office for towels she helped us out a lot. I truly appreciate her accommodating us in a specific situation. Definitely wouldn’t mind staying here again.

The goods: Price was excellent, room was comfortable, AC did its job, parking was easy and right in front of my door and the property was decently quiet. The bads: Apparently the pool has been drained for a long time now as i was told from another guest who stays there, Also there is zero ice machines available. Cant comment on: Cannot comment on what kind of breakfast was available because when i went down during a time the office was supposed to be open, the door was locked and the office was closed so i just went on down the street and picked up something on my way out of town. Overall, for what i paid and the comfort of the room and the friendliness of the staff, I would go back again as long as i bring my own ice and have no need to get into the pool

The staff was very helpful and polite! They offered up any suggestions and we had an outage the last night we were there and the manager was onsite with a flashlight giving us updates on the weather and outage while we waited!

Staff we felt with was great night staff sorry didn’t catch her name but was great towel option was few had to switch out lining but she gave us clean one no hesitation but enjoyed our time people didn’t complain as all the teens were out past 2am staff either fridge worked microwaves as well parking is spaces pool was not cleaned and unable to use in which I did call ahead and a lady told me they were working on it got there no such thing had been done so was some bad mainly great would do again in the future

I honestly thought that I would be dealing with some decent humans especially since they agreed to make accommodations for me via phone when I found myself in an unfortunate situation, and I was extremely grateful, but when I arrived at the property, the older lady working front desk was so rude that she had me in tears within not even 10 minutes! She was very cold and condescending and I had the feeling that she didn’t approve of me and my girlfriend being lesbians and she also basically questioned me on my furbabies’ because she was convinced that they were out in a hot car with no air conditioning on and when I told her that they were fine and that they were in the air conditioning she argued with me and then she didn’t even give me the room that my mom had reserved for me!! She put me in a jenky, smelly, dive of a room that hadn’t even been cleaned yet! Trash can was full, no blankets or towels, something white and suspicious all over the mirror, not swept up or vacuumed, all I can say is save your money and go across the river to Laughlin to the casinos where you can get a room that’s actually clean and people are friendly

Okay for a quick budget friendly trip this place was solid. It is a little dated and definitely the bare necessities to sleep, shower and maybe just kock back and watch a movie . The bad reviews are dumb, because just like the people they bash they are also human. I definitely recommend this place for a lower budget trip where youre not there to live it up in the super cozy room. Pillows could be a little better that is my harshest criticism and it wasnt a deal breaker. So take what you want from that. Would stay here again
