Estoy enamorada de este Hotel, la limpieza impecable, el olor de las habitaciones y en todo el complejo, el personal es super amable, simpáticos, serviciales! Para mí es la mejor opción para quedarse en la zona colonial. La ubicación es perfecta. Las camas demasiado confortable.

Do not stay here pictures not as shown. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE BAIT AND SWITCH NOT AS ADVERTISE. And Expedia nor the hotel will compensate.

The first time we get there the Ofer you to up grade the room to the other hotel they do have the room was terrible smell humidity a lot the bathroom was broke it was bad experience them next day we want to complain to get change to the the hotel we was on the reservation and they still charging us for the night we was in the other room front desk customer was un helpful not a good place to go back and not to recommend sorry

This is a beautiful extremely well maintained a run resort...a place one can't wait to come back to. People are delighful and everyone in the staff bends over backwards to kane sure that clients are satisfied and comfortable. Everything is top notch quality and one is surrounded by beuatifully kept grounds and impeccable cleanliness.
