I had a great time at the hotel. I felt safe. The room was clean. The food was good especially the breakfast. The shows were fantastic and ending the night off in the club with the DJ was great.

This is my second time staying at this place and I can say the attention from staff is extremely impressive and great. My husband and I love this place because the atmosphere and the cleanliness is great. The food was saltier last time and this time everything was more on point with the over salted food. Overall I recommend this place

Resort was great however all of the live entertainment and shows were only in Spanish !!!!!! I stay for over four days and not once was there any translation . I would love the shows if I were able to laugh as well

Too many locals, they are loud have different mannerisms like leaving garbage cups in the water. . I’d rather vacation with outside tourists. The service was excellent very attentive. The beach had a lot of seaweed that wasn’t the best.

Lovely staff. Room decent. Hot water amazing. It rained 2 1/2 days and there was nothing to do. I would recommend using the casino space as a game activity area. Get pool tables, board games, bag toss tournaments, dominoes and tables, cards, ping pong tables. It would have been more enjoyable on those rainy days.

My wife and I just spent our honeymoon here, and words cannot express how perfect it was. From the moment we arrived, we were treated not just as guests, but as family. The incredible gestures like the complimentary champagne and the lovely fruit baskets made us feel so celebrated.
