I like the hotel because it is clean and nice. The staff was helpful. The pool is nice and big. I did not like the ocean... However, if you don't like to swim in the ocean, then you will definitely enjoy your vacation:-)

Resort was absolutely beautiful, food was the best all inclusive yet to try. Only negative is the beach. Water is murky and several were stung by jelly fish. If you’re not beach/water people it’s perfect. Beach people not so much. Pools are great however.

Staff was helpful and friendly. I preferred to the gym area to those in other resorts, it was not large but was sufficient for a vacation gym. Pools and ocean area were well maintained and staff was very attentive. If you're planning on leaving the resort in a taxi or uber, you'll need to notify the gate. It is kind of difficult to come and go freely without using the resort's services. The resort does offer plenty of services but, if you're a solo traveler and prefer to kind of do your own thing, just be aware of that.

Excellent experience, second time in Bahia Principe but this time in La Romana. Me and my husband definitely will come back!! Great food ,very clean room and the facilities but the most important thing that make our vacation amazing is the whole staff, everyone!!! We loved it!! We feel like we know each other for a long time, always with a smile. Specially the entertainment staff!!

The best food is in the a la carte restaurants which require reservation. They are included in the package but take a bit more planning than the buffet! Drinks were amazing. People mostly swam in the pools because there were jelly fish in the ocean during most of our stay but I would imagine this is an issue at other resorts. The beach was very pretty and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone! You cannot beat this value.
