Great family resort with enterntainment and on the beach. Very attentitive staff, clean and restaurants. Beautiful cultural experience. I felt safe and at home. Went to a well organized excursion to Saona Island with food and open bar. Unforgettable experience!! Different experience, 17 years ago. Now I can say Dominican Republic made it up with me. GRACIAS! Can't wait to go back! :)

How about everything was disappointing ? The place was overcrowded, the weren't enough employees. Waiting lines for everything, bar, check in, reservation for restaurants, snacks.... the only good thing about this hotel was the coffe bar. The bar had cheap alcohol, the piña coladas werent coladas... like I've never seen a hotel be so cheap, they charge you for smoothies, and international beers.... honestly I would not recommend it. If you are looking to visit a hotel all inclusive, and you aren't able to get to Punta Cana. I would suggest you visit Costa Coral in Juan Dolio, much nicer , better quality food and drinks, more activities.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Joe the manager was very attentive, kind and helpful. My only suggestion is to have more restaurant availability each night and to have different daily options for breakfast. This was a beautiful hotel, I loved the adult only section and having a coffee cafe was wonderful!
