“un horror si poleis no reservéis con este hotel, te sacan una foto de su estudio más caro y lo ponen como foto de standard, y cuando llegas te dan una habitación de mitad de tamaño a lo esperado con vistas a un patio guarro. Si os ocurre eso quejaros fehacientemente... animo a expedia a que corrijan esta información en su web ya que siempre que hay un problema han respondido y en mi reclamación por teléfono me atendió un chico de manera muy profesional”

“Tristan carried our biggest suitcase up to a clean, well stocked room, which was perfect for our needs in spite of being a tight fit (which our larger case exacerbated). Great location to walk to the promenade, friendly pub downstairs, and excellent soundproofing - didn't hear anything from our second floor room. Will happily book again if we're in the area”

“The promised code needed to check in was not sent and it was quite a fuss to try and get it via the telephone number provided. The bath took 15 minutes to fill because the hot water was just a dribble. 'Deluxe' is not an apt description for a room of this standard (quite some way below a Premier Inn).”
