"This is my 3rd stay at this property in 3 years, mostly because it has become my absolute favorite place to relax & get away. They have made some upgrades with their internet since my prior stays. "The property was not as it shows online. The resort was totally empty except for us. The security guard checked us in. Although they were empty, they put us on the fourth floor with no elevator. The staff that we did see over our stay were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The restaurant wasn’t open and the pools were not clean. Maybe it was off season, I don’t know. The staff is the only redeeming factor."
