Property was located at a perfect place if you like food and entertainment and do not want to drive for those. Lively specially in the after noon, the staff was curious and ready to help if you need some. I do recommend for a stay with out a car

After a long flight and drive from Cancun airport, we were so happy to arrive! The check-in was super easy and fast. The room was beautiful and spacious. We had brunch the next morning in the restaurant in the lobby. José our server was fabulous! The food did not disappoint either. Everthing about our stay was too notch.

This hotel is, by far, my favorite hotel In Merida and over the years i’ve never had a bad experience. The staff have always been wonderful and I’ve felt them to be extremely helpful and friendly. This visit, however, the you g lady at the front desk was very unfriendly and dismissive. Ae were looking forward to our stay but this was a real shocker for us. Aside from that, everything was as expected - high quality. All in all, a good stay but the reception needs a little work.
