Our stay in Merida

Beautiful hotel, clean, and in nice area. Restaurant staff, housekeeping and bell hop staff very nice and helpful, however front desk staff not very friendly, barely smiles and seems bothered when you attempt to ask the questions. Hotel is about 30 mins from El Centro, so had to take a taxi to get to the action and vibe we were looking for.

Staff was super friendly and helpful!! Hotel was very nice and all air conditioned! A small mall was connected to it. Only thing is that it is far from central area so you have to use Ubers. Other than that it was great!!

Anteriormente ya me había quedado en este hotel, mis experiencias pasadas habían sido mucho mejor que esta última, es por eso que decidí regresar esta vez. Pero dejó mucho que desear, en el inicio a mi llegada en el lobby los del valet y recepción fueron súper amables! Pero el servicio en el roof fue pésimo, tuvimos que pedirle al chico que estaba en la barra el menú a pesar de que nos vio llegar y tardó más de 5 minutos en llevarlo, jamás nos tomaron la orden de bebidas hasta que nosotros fuimos a la barra a pedirlas. Al momento de cobrarnos ya estaba poniendo el total en la terminal sin ni siquiera habernos mostrado el ticket antes, amablemente se le pedí antes de que hiciera el cargo para corroborar que todo estuviera correcto. Y por último al pedir room service yo recuerdo que la comida estaba buena anteriormente. Sinceramente esta vez no nos gustó nada y la hamburguesa venía con un cabello.
