大人数で行きましたが、お部屋の調整やさまざまな質問にも丁寧で大満足です。
海外のお客様やスタッフさんも居て、少し海外気分が味わえました。
またお部屋は写真よりも広く感じました！
あとTVがうつりませんでした。あまり部屋に居なかったのでそこまで残念ではないですが。

"Well located hotel located near several onsens and close to the main street. Not too far from the moving sidewalk to the lifts (although there is an unavoidable very steep hill). We booked a room with a private bathroom. The room was clean and of a decent size. Main downssides were the significant premium we paid over other hotels, which we in retrospect have trouble believing was justified, and the very poor western breakfast options. Breakfast was comprised of mostly Japanese options...

"Very close to Nagano station where you can take the Shinkansen or local trains or buses to get around this beautiful prefecture. A short walk to Zenko-ji temple, the Zenko-ji Nakamise shopping street, and Nishinomon-Yoshinoya Sake Brewery if you want to sample some sake or amazake. Compact room but all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable. If I'm back in Nagano, I will stay there again."

"We stayed 6 nights at hakuba house with Grant and his team. The room was comfortable especially the bed. Bathroom was tiny but that's common in japan. The breakfasts were great and the dinners excellent when we couldn't be bothered to go out. The hotel offers dinner drop off's which is great and there are plenty of places to eat within a 15-20min walk home.
Location is good and if your a good skier cab ski in/out. If not it's only a short walk to the slope. "
