Nice new hotel (it looked very new anyway), room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable (best sleep l've had in a long time). The buffet breakfast was an added bonus - eggs, noddles, rice, breads and salads. Staff l intereacted with with very friendly and helpful. A five minute walk from Nagano station.

This is a great hotel—very clean and well maintained. The room is quite spacious for two people and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Amenities are available at the lobby for guests to take, which is very convenient. The hotel is also thoughtful to provide pajamas for guests to use during their stay. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is excellent, just about a five-minute walk from Nagano Station We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

The room is very clean and fresh. Very close to Nagano train station east exit. Breakfast is delicious but a bit too crowded due to amount of ppl staying. Coin laundry is available on L1 which is awesome. Staff is very friendly. The only thing to be improved is bed a bit hard for me.

It is seems like business hotel where room size is small where challenging to have 2 big luggages inside but for my case I am lucky to be assigned where there is small aisle to the room so can leave my luggage there.
