The location is excellent, just right next to main station for both bus and train. Many restaurants nearby. Overall is worthwhile the price. Highly recommended.

Convenient for public transport and the castle was within walking distance. Unfortunately i was given a smoking room which stank like an old ashtray. The room was heavily nicotine stained and even after using freshner it still smelt.the Free breakfast was limited in choice and not topped up, so first in best selection. The staff are friendly and helpful and i will stay here again but i will specify a non smking room.

Good business hotel

Very nice business hotel. Better than expected. Located next to the station and only 1k from the castle. They also have much larger rooms for a small extra fee. We could even ship our luggage from the hotel to Kyoto (2 days).. Always coffee and tea. Okay breakfast, mostly Japanese but also many kinds of tasty bread.

列車の不通で自宅に戻れず、急きょ当日午後に予約しました。松本駅前ロータリーのすぐそばで交通の便もよく、駅前にコンビニも遅くまで営業している飲食店も多いので、食事場所には困りませんでした。ホテル内は分煙化されており、アメニティはオートチェックインの際に必要なものを取っていくようになっていました。室内のWifiも順調で、総じて快適に過ごせました。

松本駅から近く、前は高速バスセンターでとても便利。食事する所も色々な名所も10〜15分と近い。朝食が無料で付いていて嬉しい。開始から1時間経った時間に行ったら（かなり早い時間)、何種かパンがもうなかったので、パン好きな人は朝イチに行ってください。

MY ROOM WAS SMALL, BUT IT WAD OK FOR ONE NIGHT IN MATSUMOTO. EVERYTHING WAS MAINTAINED WELL BUT NEEDS UPDATE. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE. BREAKFAST WAS MEDIOCRE BUT WE PAID VERY LOW RATE SO COULD NOT EXPECT GOURME FOOD. WE RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL.
