"Good breakfast, clean room and great location"

"Great location for walking or just sitting in the garden or around the log fire. Staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Dinner and breakfast was cooked to perfection, we will be retuning for a 5th visit."

"Great stay in this beautiful hotel, stunning grounds and super friendly helpful staff, thank you"

"Very helpful staff. Standard double room on the ground floor was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Window frame needs replacing and it would be good if window could be opened in a more secure way (rather than with just a standard arm that could be opened from the outside)."

"Lovely host, lovely homelike atmosphere, very isolated from the real world."

"We booked a last-minute trip to the Norton Hotel in Nairn and had an amazing time. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and our room was great. A special mention to Ivy, who served us breakfast in the morning. She was lovely and full of useful local information, which really helped us make the most of our visit. A wonderful stay—we’d happily recommend it!"

"Good breakfast although a bit pricey for what you get."
