"Service was very good, all staff was friendly and helpful. Massage at the spa was truly excellent. Corner suite was extremely spacious with a large balcony showcasing a great sea view. Location in George Town was convenient and walkable, but with traffic about 40-60 minutes from the airport. Some of the food dishes and offerings at the restaurants were the only disappointment - they were not in keeping with the level of quality for which the hotel is striving and advertising. "

The weekend buffet was very good: the spa was good and what it probably short of is the evening happy hour package. "

"Amazing hotel with the friendliest staff. So beautiful, lots of things to do on the resort itself. We enjoyed massages, parasailing, and swimming. Also great if you have kids and babies, our wee one loved it. We woke up to monkeys on our balcony and that was such a fun experience. You can also enjoy the harmless monitor lizards roaming around the resort. Lastly, the food and service is incredibly cheap and great quality. Highly recommend the Sigis bar and restaurant on the property. Will...
