The room is clean, The staffs are very friendly and helpful. room aircon is centralized. We cannot set the temperature and it is very cold in the night when sleeping as the blanket is quite thin. We need to wear extra clothing to sleep.

I would come back just for the staff! Everyone was so welcoming from the moment we arrived! Even tho we arrived hours early for check in they had our room ready and welcomed us in. The room was clean full of complementary drinks and snacks. Being our honey moon they set up a lovely decoration and brownie for us to enjoy l. The pool was great with an amazing pool view and clean. Not to mention the great location to walk and see many of the local street art and enjoy delicious food.10/10 would come back again!

Absolutely beautiful hotel we were staying at Shangri-La in Batu Feringgi beach and felt it was pretty lack lustre in comparison to other Shangri LA’s so we came to George Town for the night. This hotel from the staff to the beautiful design is top notch it’s probably one of the most beautiful designed hotels I’ve been to and the staff go out of their way. It’s walking distance from most things. We are sad to leave today wishing we are staying here for the rest of the holiday

This hotel is in the middle of Georgetown and you can walk to the most of attractions. It is 10 minutes walk to the port. The building is in a great condition. Rooms are clean and spacious. They have 3M drinking water filtration in rooms. Lots of Michelin star restaurants in the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location in historic, architecturally interesting area. I particularly liked to chill at poolside after long walk, looking over the sea. Many restaurants are at walking distance and bus stops and ferry terminal are very easy to access. My only complaint is I could not find a shoehorn.
