"Room was not as shown in pictures. Large carpet stains, dirty fridge, stained duvet covers, weird room and hallway smell with suspected mold in wall. The staff were great and did their best. Food was okay but we often seen dirty dishes in the clean piles(at buffets). Midway through our week stay my husband and kids all came down with an 24hour stomach bug. I suspect food poisoning. Absolutely everything was a charge(i.e

chairs, life jackets (which had to be used for snorkelling), etc....
