The location was fantastic. There’s a bus from the airport that stops right outside the hotel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The staff were also very helpful.

I was in an economy room for two, and it was a tight room but with that being said, I enjoyed my stay, bed was comfy and room was always fresh, staff was very helpful and helped me anytime I needed my room clean. The location of the hotel was perfect, it is in the heart of Shinjuku and close to everything. In addition, the hotel has a limousine bus that goes directly to the airport. This was perfect considering that we were at the end of our trip. I would definitely book this hotel again for my future japan trips.

On the 3rd trip to Tokyo, this is becoming my go-to hotel in the city. Love the location and how neat, clean and functionally smart the room is. The convenient stores at the groud floor and B1 are super helpful. And there is an undergroud pathway connected to the subway (it's super long though).

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, about 10 mins walk to the largest transportation station and tourists area. Noise isolation is ok as we can hear the noise from the corridor whenever there's people walk by or open/close the door.
