This property will be renovating the guestrooms and lobbies in the Main and Annex Towers, and the Restaurant Ajikaido Gojusantsugi, from 9 AM-5 PM on November 1, 2026, to April 1, 2029. During renovations, guests may hear construction-related noise and vibration and the restaurant may not be available.

A scheduled power outage will take place from 1-5 AM on the following dates and locations: January 5, 2027, in the Annex Tower; January 13, 2027, in the Main Tower and East Tower; January 19, 2027, in the Annex Tower and North Tower; and January 25, 2027, in the Main Tower, Annex Tower, North Tower, and East Tower.

Breakfast is not included in the breakfast rate plan for children ages 4-5, and can be requested onsite for the listed child breakfast fee. There are no breakfast fees for children 3 and under.

Guests booked in breakfast inclusive rate plans are required to bring their keycard or reservation confirmation to the breakfast venue.

Guests must be over 18 years old to access the fitness facility. Reservations are required.

The room we had first had issues with the A/C they switched us to another room right after. They had the full range of amenities and the location was close to the train station.

This hotel was lovely. It seemed a bit dated but was extremely clean. The staff were very helpful in helping us do the self check-in and anytime we needed anything. It's steps away from the yamanote line and very, very convenient. Excellent location - we highly recommend!

Very good location especially if you have lots of luggage like us to go to Haneda Airport. Room is spacious for Tokyo. We stayed in 3 twins bed for 3 people and 6 luggage. Busy area in Shinagawa

Great location, Shinagawa station right across the street. Breakfast buffet was nice with good selection of food. There’s shops nearby if you need anything- it’s within walking distance. The restaurants were great as well. Would stay here again.

Hotel was amazing with stunning views of Tokyo. Room was spacious and had great amenities. Only gripe was that even though we booked the no smoking room, it had a very slight lingering smell of cigarettes. Aside from that, the hotel staff was very helpful and the location is amazing thanks to the Shinkansen station being across the street.
