Great location right on the beach. Multiple dining options with either breakfast buffet or lunch buffet included. choice of dinner buffets available. Transportation to/from Naha airport available via Airport Limousine Bus or local bus (extra cost) - make sure to co-ordinate flights with bus schedules. Property is showing it's age a little but overall excellent value although a lot of recreational amenities are extra.

Beach resort with great value

The breakfast was amazing, and the children's facilities were excellent. It's an old hotel, and far from Naha, but a really nice place to stay.

We stayed as a family, with a small child. Old style hotel. Delux rooms were of room size, nit sure of cleanliness of the carpet. Toilets were clean and tidy. We didn't know Japanese language, bit of a struggle, but staff were friendly and ready to help. Thanks a lot 🙏

The overall accommodation experience was good. The room was spacious, and the staff in the dining area were very polite. The beach and pool were the most satisfying parts. However, the foreign staff at the beach were not very friendly towards Asians.

Rizzan Sea Park Hotel is a beach resort and is very family friendly, a lot of people that were there were families with younger children. It is certainly not an "adult" type of resort. The hotel is quite old and dated, they do keep it clean but you can see that the hallway rugs are stained and worn, some spots all the way down to the floor so it is in a state of badly needed renovation. The style and design is early 90s. The rooms are adequate and the views on the beach side are great. There are several restaurants, unfortunately only 3 of the 6 restaurants were running at the time and they are all buffet style, so it is a cafeteria style atmosphere, so not very elegant - however I thought the food itself was pretty good. There are no other restaurants in walking distance so you're very limited in your options. The food at the little izakaya on the beach was not good, I had their soba and it was not much better than instant. The beach is nice but small. They have an indoor (heated) pool and an outdoor pool. I think it's good for families with younger children but not for adult singles or couples. Parking is available but across the busy street and you have to pay extra.

Hébergement éloigné de tout, sans voiture, n'allez pas dans cette zone, rester à Naha. Le matériel est ancien et ils veulent jouer sur ça pour pas renouveler. Absolument tout est payant dans l'hotel meme la salle de sport. Une salle de sport avec du matériel tres ancien. Un parc de jeux pour enfant payant, du ping pong payant, tout est payant. Même les parasol devant la plage, c'est payant. C'est un "pay to stay hotel". On vous donne des tickets drink de bienvenue mais tu peux uniquement boire de l'eau, du jasmin tea... Ils donnent plein de papier qu'on peut perdre facilement (pour déjeuner, towel etc). Il donne qu'une seule clé par chambre. Le seul point un peu innovant : si tu décide qu il faut pas faire le ménage, il te donne un bon de 1000.
