The grounds are beautiful, lots of flowers in the garden. The pool is huge and the beach is clean. We went for the wedding of our son and it was perfect all the way. There are 2 (yes 2 !) churches with a panoramic view on the ocean, really spectacular. Would have loved to stay longer

Despite a few downsides (had to pay for all the amenities offered, like using tennis court, indoor relaxation pool, bikes etc. [fortunately they were not expensive]) we still give it a 10/10 for overall experience! We explored lots of the island and looked for different beaches however, not sure if it was just off- season, no beaches compared to the beauty of the one offered at the hotel - clean, scenic and calming. Older hotel, but beautiful. It’s not easy to get to from the airport if you are taking a taxi or limo bus. Takes about 2 hours with traffic. Multiple restaurants, but there is usually long lines for the buffets. Absolutely gorgeous ocean views. Only two out of three elevators were working and we were on the 9th floor, so on average it took between 5-10 minutes of waiting during busy times to get on an elevator. Most times we were crammed in like sardines and stopped at every floor. Property is walkable and there are hidden little beaches everywhere. You can rent an e-bike and ride around. We rode to the lighthouse and into town. The staff were excellent and the rooms were huge. Only a few restaurants were open in March. I guess more open up over the summer, but finding options were limited. There is a little town square about a 12 minute walk from the hotel that has more dining options.

Rented a car, and mainly used the car for commute. location of the hotel was great, as my partner and I love staying in quiet areas during vacation. Especially love the japanese bbq by the beach, overlooking the sunset. Will come back.
