Good location nice clean hotel our room had no closets so we had to keep all I. Suitcases but that was fine with us we stayed there 4 nights. Clean bathrooms . Our room was small but again we only spent the night so for the good price was perfect. There is a place there for breakfast for take out or eat in the lobby with excellent food baked goods freshly made sandwiches. 15 to 20 min walk to south Shinjuku station I would stay there again.
