Very good hotel in North Okinawa

We really liked this hotel because it is nearby the aquarium. The room was super clean, modern and the staffs are kindly. We also loved the firework which was proceeded on Saturday. Highly recommend this hotel.

The property is almost 2hrs away from Naha airport. And although the property is clean and safe, and very close to beach and snorkeling reef area, the reliance on public transportation limited our mobility. The property should provide their own frequent shuttles to Nago and other close places of interests. The food was good but lacked vegetarian options. The laundry facility was detached from property and had limited washers and dryers. The yukatas provided were very good. Overall we loved our stay at the property

Sesoko Beach is fine to swim and snorkel at high tide. Best snorkeling is at Minnajima Island, a few kilometers off shore. Easy ferry connection at nearby Toguchi Port.Hilton Hotel is very nice with a very good Italian restaurant.

The entire experience was amazing. Beautiful location, great amenities, world class service. Especially the Sisuco steak house wait staff were amazingly kind and informed about each course they served.

Room not suitable for 4 beds

Very disappointed with the room that was not ideal for 4 beds. One of the beds was directly below the lamps and with all the switches behind the pillow, how to sleep? The hotel should not sell such small room for 4 pax. The plus point is the flask provided for water dispensing that reduces the use of bottled water.

the room size is good enough, big bathroom area, great space for luggages and a large balcony, which is a modern -clean-cozy stay. i was very surprised the staff told me that there would be a fireworks show on every Saturday :) what a nice gift to make my vocation more delightful. Thanks for the fireworks show, it is awesome.

It’s ok. Should be better.

This hotel was a bit of a let-down for us. It’s weird, to be a Hilton. There’s no good shop in the hotel, you can only buy coke and water. No other drinks. The Pool is too cold. The housekeeping didn’t really clean our room, didn’t do a good job at all. Just sloppy. The staff though is friendly and kind and lovely. The Italian restaurant was great. Overall, an ok stay.

It’s a great hotel. But charging extra for premium wifi is ridiculous. There is no schedule on when the beach will open too and the staff don’t even know. So now you’re limited to the pool which is amazing. At least put a notice on your hotel site that your beach equipment is not available until the beach opens. Consider other properties like ANA Intercontinental, Grand Mercure.

昨年3泊に続き、今年２回目の宿泊で4泊しました。今回はエグゼクティブフロア予約だったため、ラウンジ利用も含まれておりました。ラウンジは初めての利用でしたが、幾つか改善してくれたら良いなと思う点がありましたので記載します。まず、朝食は一階アマハジよりも静かにゆっくり食べられ大変気に入りました◎沖縄そばや、ポー玉などもう少しメジャーな沖縄フードがあっても良いかなと思いました。次はデイタイムですが、これは残念かなと思いました。軽食といってもサーターアンダギーとおかき、アイスしかなかったです。フルーツや、ミニサンドウィッチ、ミニホットドッグなど簡単なハンディフードがあっても良いかと思いました。またディナーは沢山の方が同じ時間に来られることから、大変混雑します。早めに行くことをおすすめします。またメニューは毎日少し変わるものの、大きく変わることはなかったです。４日もいると飽きがでてきます。お酒メニューは割と豊富ですが、ノンアルコールメニューは缶コーラ、さんぴん茶、アップルジュース、オレンジジュースといった物しかなかったです。ノンアルメニューも缶で良いので、ジンジャエールやエナジードリンクなどもあると良いかと思いました。冷房がとにかく効きまくってるので、女性は長袖の羽織りを持参した方が良いかと思います。全体にはヒルトン瀬底は大好きなホテルなので、また利用します。次回ラウンジ利用の機会があれば、上記記載内容が少しでも改善されることを願います。

施設が清潔で、スタッフさんの対応も非常に良かったです。 プールや更衣室シャワールームも綺麗で子連れの方にもおすすめです。

初の沖縄旅行、3泊4日お世話になりました。 今回カムチャッカ半島の津波の影響により海水浴は出来ませんでしたが、ホテルからのキレイな景色やエグゼクティブラウンジでのゆっくりと寛げるひとときに大変癒されました。 掃除の行き届いたキレイな空間での滞在もとても大満足の旅行となりました。 働く方々の姿も笑顔が素敵で心地良い時間を過ごす事が出来た事、大変感謝しております。 本当にありがとうございました。

離島らしく美しいロケーションは最高

子供連れの家族が多く、常にプールが賑わっている。私たちのような夫婦でのんびり過ごしたい層にはやや不向きかも。客室数に対してプールの広さは充分ではない。宿泊者からも駐車場料金を取るのは、このリゾートのアクセスの不便さを考えると少し不親切な印象。スタッフの数も充分ではなく、必要なサービスが手薄な印象。

loved the hotel vibe, great for families and solo travellers. Great option for activities, highly recommend jet skiing and snorkelling. beach direct access. swimming pool and jacuzzi great. however you would need to pay parking if brinigng a car which is not good as the per day rate are quite high. hilton should not charge for parking.
