Since this is resort type hotel, it is a bit far for walking to other stores, markets or restaurants. It is one bus stop away from a highly recommend Itoman Fish Market. The hotel is close by a public beach with its own large size pool for leisure lounging around. The overall experience was excellent.

Staff was quite accommodating, and displayed excellent ability to anticipate our needs as guests providing an English speaker. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. If you would not like to try the food available at the hotel, the bus has a stop at the front of the hotel which goes to pretty much every major part of the city. Personally my favorite part of the hotel was its location. Great place for some peace & quiet.

We ate breakfast and lunch at one of the restaurants. The food did not seem to be rotating or refilled throughout. It’s were sitting out for a long time which made the food dry. The bar inside and the bar at the pool were never opened. Staff did either clean our rooms and/or restock fresh towels everyday which was great. They only charge one set price for parking per day which came out to be about $3.50, which was wonderful

Room was great! Came all the way from Sacramento, California, USA. Unbelievably warm welcome everybody that my wife and I stayed for three days. The beach area is beautiful. This property was amazing! We got the view side & I’m so happy we did. Saw the sunset every evening, woke up to an amazing view of the pool & the beach! There’s a great system to checking in & the property is just beautiful all around! The only possible down side was the parking, it’s quite a distance & there was a storm warning so I was thinking how much I would have to walk in the rain to get to the hotel lobby from where we parked.

This place was pretty good! It's a bit tired looking, a little run down here and there, but overall was very satisfactory. The indoor pool was very warm, which was nice. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, so much to choose from and really good food. I appreciated that it was included in our stay! The outdoor pool had just opened for the season when we arrived so it was too cold for us, but it looked good. I'll be honest when I say the photos don't totally match reality, it's not quite as stunning as it looks, and yes, you do have to go through an industrial area to get there, but for the three nights we stayed, we had fun. I recommend having a car if you can, it's an hour walk to the aquarium, partly along the beach and then through more industrial area, you need to cab or bus to town, but the bus isn't super frequent and it's very slow. Several stops. Not what we were used to coming from the efficiency of mainland Japan, so we ended up spending around 30-80 (CAD) a day on taxis to get anywhere in the surrounding area. To get to Shuri Castle you can actually cab to the Akamine stop for around 2000 Yen, then take the train the rest of the way. Saves you a bit of money and time. Limo bus is also slow. But it was only about 18 minutes to the airport by taxi, which is convenient. Beware the harbor view room, it is technically a harbor, but it's all shipping containers and freighters and what looks like a factory? If you're not in your room much, it's ok.

Very disappointed

⸻ ★★★☆☆ (3 out of 5 stars) The staff was super kind, but most didn’t speak English, which made even simple things—like calling a taxi—pretty difficult. Housekeeping was fantastic and kept everything spotless, but the beds were really uncomfortable. There’s no food delivery allowed, and you can’t take food from the restaurants back to your room, which was a bit inconvenient. The gift shop staff were awesome, though, and the views were definitely a highlight. Unfortunately, the room felt very outdated and could use a serious refresh.

Deluxe hotel rooms are subpar with outdated furnishings and dirty walls, plus if you have a balcony there are no balcony chairs. We were so taken aback by the appearance of the room because it definitely did not match the site pics, and we specifically paid more for the deluxe over the standard room for the added esthetics. Our room was unclean, had marred furnishings, and no balcony chairs. Was absolutely floored that we paid extra for a deluxe that looked worse than a motel 6 room. Fortunately we were able to switch to a superior room, which was WAAAAY better thanks to their customer service rep, Ali, who looked at the condition of the room and moved us. I hope this was a one off, but the fact that even the walls were black with scuff marks, and the love seat cushions had stains, make me believe it's not.

Great resort style hotel with beach view

Great resort like hotel near the beach. We had a beautiful view of the see from our very spacious room with balcony. The pools were lovely and a perfect way to relax in between exploring and shopping. Just across the road was a lovely wee beach which was really nice for swimming. The breakfast was great, so many options to choose from and making it a really good value stay. Poolside food and drinks were very expensive and although they had restaurants at the hotel we didn’t dine there due to price and selection Having a convenience store onsite was great though for snacks, drinks and ice creams ( and a range of souvenirs fairly priced) as there is nothing walkable in this area. That’s the main downside of this hotel but worth it to have the facilities we enjoyed. There was a bus that stopped at the hotel to take you to and from the airport and to shopping areas so that was convenient. We spent a bit in u era though as it was a way out and the bus wasn’t always possible. Unfortunately our check in and out took way too long and the staff weren’t able to help with advice on local restaurants etc which was a shame as we depend on local knowledge when travelling. Other than that a great stay and we really enjoyed it
