"Where do I start. The AC didn’t work in the bedroom. It took two people to come out and figure it out. There were no towels left. The place smelled of paint and mildew. There were dead flies all of the ground, as if the place hadn’t been swept before we arrived. The shower did not work properly. The bathroom faucet kept coming off when I tried to turn the water on. "I travelled solo to Roundhill. The hotel was perfect in every way. I have travelled extensively and I would rate the hotel as one of the best that I have ever stayed in. The Managing Director/General Manager is outstanding. The hotel employs over 300 staff who have been impeccably trained. It is very high end and I cannot find fault with anything that it does."
