"Arrived for a 2 night stay to be told our second night was cancelled due to government take over of the hotel. No call/email warning us of this so we arrived with two tired children and couldn’t then check into our room for three hours whilst I called hotels.com to try and sort it out. Hotel staff were useless and wouldn’t even make eye contact or offer help. Ended up ringing the USA for hours as hotels.com don’t have a UK switchboard. Abysmal service"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay at this Holiday Inn. The location is excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation within easy walking distance. It was very convenient to explore the local area on foot without needing a car or taxi. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay with a great walkable location."
