Pleasantly surprised with this hotel chain. Really enjoyed my stay. It was quiet, very close to tube stations, across the street from Kensington Gardens, two blocks away from incredible restaurants. As a solo traveler, the room had everything I needed (including AC). Will definitely be back next time I’m in London!

The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and professional. It was a convenient location close to restaurants and walking distance to Hyde Park and other attractions. The only negative, was long wait got the elevator as only one was working during our stay.
