Nice property right by a subway station. There are restaurants, pharmacies, and stores nearby. The staff here was wonderful! They were always friendly and helpful, including the restaurant. We enjoyed our stay here.

The staff was exceptional in their customer service. They were always very helpful. The restaurant was also very helpful when we wanted to have dinner in our room one night. We enjoyed our stay here very much. It’s right next door to a subway station and there are stores and restaurants nearby.

Good sized family room and excellent bathroom. Perfect spot to visit many London attractions on foot, handy for train station. Extremely helpful friendly staff. Minor point, although there was a good selection of plug points in the room, they were all located in one area of the room, where there was no fixed mirror. On the whole, would thoroughly recommend and would definitely go back.

The hotel room we got was recently renovated so it was up to date and fresh. As well, it was a comfortable size. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room temperature was well controlled. We stayed during a very hot week in July and the air conditioning worked very well. I appreciated that there was a bathtub along with a shower although the tub did fill slowly. This hotel is in an excellent central location with Warren Street Station just steps away and Euston Station very close as well. The only real issue was the fact that an expensive buffet was the only breakfast option. There is a hospital across the street so we could hear sirens occasionally but it didn’t turn out to be a big deal. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
