This hotel was perfect as a base for activities in central London. Very convenient for tube stations, shopping, restaurants and West End shows. Nice hotel, well located. Close to tube & shops for water/snacks. Staff helpful & welcoming. Didn’t try the food. My room was clean & bed comfy but I opted for a single & it was a very small room. Safe would not open because of how it was drilled into the cabinet. It was a very practical & safe place to stay & happy to recommend it.

The staff in the lobby were helpful and friendly, the location was excellent for the west end. The room was quiet in terms of traffic noise. the lifts were not very efficient, the beds were very squeaky and creaky but not too bad for comfort. The air conditioning was good. There is a fridge in the room which was also an unesxpected bonus.
