"We really enjoy the Hotel, Gabriela at the reception was very helpful and nice. At the beginning the area outside the hotel looks sketchy but it was safe we even stay out after dark in the area of the Historic Center. The hotel was nice, prepare us breakfast to go when we took a tour. We recommend this Hotel."

"Lago Grey is one of a kind. The views of the lake and the mountains from the rooms are astonishing. The main lounge is very nice and the food is good. The rooms are somewhat small though the bathrooms are very good. Overall a pleasant stay, highly recommendable. The staff is amazing - really amazing! "
