The hotel is not for personal travel, as they are only looking to grab a deal for corporate clients. The male receptionist with the pony nail is especially rude and unhelpful. Doesn’t go over the details of the hotel, denied late checkout even when it was earlier accepted by another staff member, didn’t share the city tours and travels sheet with us since he only supposedly had one copy, lol. The pool was dirty and the drinking water caused us both diarrhea. Expedia advised 20% off on food and beverages, but the hotel staff blatantly declined that as well. In short, there are many similarly priced hotels in the area, save yourself with this one!

The staff was helpful at all times. The food was superb--top notch! And the overall experience was very pleasant. I felt safe, and walking to the surrounding stores was easy. This is my third stay. The hotel had multiple spaces where i could work. And it also had an international flare, since i spoke with guests from Brazil to England. I highly recomend it! Jorge San Martin Zambrano

Hotel muito bem localizado, novo, bom cafe da manhã porém cardápio com poucas opções para outras refeições. Chuveiro espetacular, bom atendimento porém meu colchão estava com sinais de idade apresentando buracos mas de resto td muito bom. Vale a pena se hospedar. Até breve !!

Hotel com instalações novas e bem localizado. Restaurante deixou um pouco a desejar, o atendimento é razoável, vendem suco industrializado (muito ruim por sinal), mas no cardápio informam que é natural. O café da manhã não possui muita opção de pratos quentes, todos os dias a mesma coisa, ovo e linguiça. O hotel não é flexível para aquecer comida para o hóspede, informaram que não realizam este serviço, mesmo com o restaurante aberto.
