I stayed for 3 nights in winter. The hotel is well located in a great neighborhood with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options nearby. The personnel was attentive and helpful, and the room was clean. My only recommendation is to add a separate bedsheet to the bed instead of only the comforter, as it was too hot under it, and difficult to sleep well by alternating cold or sweat. Overall would recommend.

Location of the hotel is perfect! Metro station, Gran Torre Costanera just 5 mins walk from the hotel. A lot of dining options close by. It is a safe neighborhood. Hotel room clean and service was excellent. Can’t comment on the buffet breakfast since I usually skip it. Overall, I will be staying here again if ever I’m back in Santiago.

Great Stay in the Heart of Costanera

We had a fantastic suite here that was comfortable and welcoming between trips out to explore the city. Sebastian at the reception desk was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. He is a credit to the brand. Breakfast was also outstanding. One of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a long time.

Excellent location A bit rundown & tired hotel Very good service from reception staff and housekeeping But the show, toilet plumbing was terrible. Shower pressure was awful, changed hot and cold all the time Unfortunately that’s a deal breaker for me. So I would not go back and stay there again
