This property is very well located in Santiago's old downtown area located a few steps from old historic buildings. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. It offers a well varied breakfast option and quiet rooms with beautiful wood finishes. Staff is courteous and polite. We will be recommending this hotel to our snowbird friends and we will be coming back.

Nice hotel

Lovely stay at this hotel, excellent location for the city. Breakfast was excellent along with the service at all hotel areas - bars etc. one huge concern was the availability of lifts - one broke for the complete stay & another intermittently not working which meant we had to use the stairs to the 7th floor.

Everything was great! Nice, polite, and friendly staff. Location is awesome. The only thing we noticed was on 11th Floor the smell on the corridor like sewage all over that floor but not in the room! The other thing, SPA facility is very limited and don't expect a professional one! Overall we would definitely recommend to stay here.

Very friendly Staff

Smooth Check in and Check out. Room was clean except the washroom was not cleaned from previous Check out, toilet bowl had poo sticking, both sinks were dirty with stuff from the nose, didn't complain to the front desk as we were tired from 20 hour flight and all day sight seeing. Breakfast was good. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again
