"This is the only hotel in South East Asia that has not supplied fresh water. Also no food available. Second floor bathroom drainage not good. WiFi spotty. One night there was a large storm. The street turned into a river and the wastewater channel that runs alongside the hotel came through the wall and turned the courtyard and pool into a giant brown sludge. There is no airport shuttle, cleanliness is averge no plugs or dishwashing liquid or clean dish cloth or scourers or teatowl for drying dishes. Bathroom towels and mats were stained. The pool tiles needed scrubing and the street cleaned from garbage everywhere."
