staff were really friendly and welcoming. Better for younger families I would say. Breakfast was fantastic. Nice selection of activities for young children. Only down side is this is a pretty noisy hotel in the evening. Often families coming back around late and we had a room next to us that was obviously a joining room for another family but they were very loud and it almost felt like they were in the same room. We really enjoyed our stay but it was a little noisy at night. If you want a peaceful relaxing evening and have older children I would recommend a villa stay instead.

Amazing and friendly staff and good quality amenities especially hair conditioner. I found this resort while walking along Kuta Beach and thought it looked amazing, so we decided to book one night to try it out. The slides and kids’ pool were a great feature, especially for families. However, during our stay, the pool water appeared cloudy, we noticed some bugs, and there was an odor that made us personally less comfortable using it.

Great location with wonderful amenities—perfect for families. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was definitely a highlight. The only downside was the paper-thin walls; you can clearly hear doors opening and closing from nearby rooms, which can be a bit disruptive.
