It was a very enjoyable stay for our family with young kids. All the staff we met were very hospitable and polite and always greeted us with a smile. The food selections at the restaurants were able to meet our different needs such as vegetarian options and kids friendly, to taking care of any allergic needs. Our kids enjoyed both the kids club and the pool facilities thoroughly.

The property is beautiful and ocean front makes it even better. The water is calm for swimming and there are many pools for adults and families. Breakfast is good. Spa is fine. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. Would recommend.

Great value for money, booked half board and it was absolutely worth it. Important: you should reserve for dinner as normally the two good restaurants are fully booked and then you have to chose the buffet restaurant.

The Conrad Bali is a beautiful resort with an amazing staff! The staff are so kind and always with a smile on their face. The breakfast buffet is excellent with so many option. I would stay at the Conrad again next time I’m in Bali.
