Great staff. Fitness center was clean. Loved the infinity pool with pool bar. 5 minute walk to Canggu beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops all walking distance. Would definitely book this place again

The property feels dated, though it was likely once a 5-star. Staff try hard, but limited English often makes communication unreliable, so you need to closely monitor instructions. We had a truly wonderful stay at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. The housekeeping staff created beautiful towel art such as swans and other figures with kind messages on the bed — so amazing that we wanted to take photos to remember them! At check-in, Mr. Oka, who speaks fluent Japanese, was very kind and helpful. Every staff member we met — at the second-floor restaurant, by the pool, or even in the corridor — greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel so comfortable. This stay gave us such special memories, and we would love to stay here again when we visit Bali in the future. Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality. We look forward to visiting again in the near future!

They "upgraded" us to garden view however it was on ground level with no fencing off as theres a shallow lagoon style river feature which kids can just walk in and gives unfriendly smell however wasn't a deal breaker as we stayed for 6 nights. Located within walking distance from hotel on level 2, nice and friendly staff, buffet breakfast and coffee was good. Pool was nice too!

Wonderful stay

The service is excellent, location is the best. Although the hotel need some renov as it looks really old.
