Amazing experience! If I had a question or small issue, the team was there to assist promptly. I am so happy that I chose this suite hotel for my Bali stay. They also treat guests to VIP seating for the kecak performance at the mall major plus! I had so much fun. I took lots of pics and videos of the fabulous suite pool and had to partake in the memorable floating bfast experience. All receptionists Lia, Wanda and one name i forgot (she checked me in at night) were highly professional and personable. Im coming back!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Villa was very spacious and the staff was great; especially Wanda, always checking in if we needed anything and always so kind. Location was great to walk to shops, restaurants, street food and malls. The available daily buffet had everything from breakfast to dinner food. Great variety each day. No complaints at all. Great evening atmosphere of you wanted to sit by the pool for a beverage or get some sun during the day. Walk to beach was about 8 minutes; or take a grab and be there even more quickly. Price for the stay was very good, and rooms were cleaned daily. Some noise to be expected from the pool when there are kids playing but I slept great; street noise was quite far since this is slightly ticked away from main drag. I'll definitely be back.

The welcome at the front desk was exceptional- Ariel made us feel like we were at our own home. All expectations were exceeded. Room service was always on time and worked according to our schedule. Food was great. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. Excellent location! Pool was clean and inviting.

Stayed 23 days in a villa with a private pool. Absolutely amazing. All the staff are so lovely and helpful which made my holiday. I had a wonderful stay at 18 Suite Villa Loft by AMITHYA. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The staff here are very helpful, smiling and caring, we came there for a wedding recently, grace picked us up from the airport, she was so friendly, we dressed in balinese attire, but we were sure it was correct, we stepped outside our room where staff saw us and helped dress my son, the next day the same staff member offered my son a traditional head wear xx such a beautiful gesture, we will be back

Absolutely loved staying here on our last night in Bali. We had a suite/ villa with our own pool. The room and amenities provided were amazing we literally had everything we needed. They staff were very friendly and helpful with anything needed. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was extremely nice and welcoming as well. 10/10 must stay here. We will definitely be coming back and staying more nights next time! Thank you to the family at 18 suite villa loft in Kuta!

Tons of space for a family.

The accommodation was large and spacious 3 story townhouse. Much bigger and better for a family than a cramped hotel room. The accommodation is a luxury hotel that is showing wear and tear. The breakfast was also substandard to all the other places we stayed in Bali. But other than those two issues, a solid and spacious stay for a family.

I loved my room! It was an awesome experience having a private pool and the loft style with 2 floors! Loved it! I slept well in the bed and loved the tub and shower. It was a little noisy but if I was in my room with the air on it was fine! I had my ear plugs when I was downstairs in the pool or lying around in the living room. I totally enjoyed the staff and great customer service! I will be back!
