The room was nice and the pool was lovely to cool off in. Unfortunately the outside living space is right up against other villas and you can hear every word next door. When other people watch the outside TV, it’s very noisy in other outside living spaces. Lovely staff though

Our honeymoon at Samaja Beachside Villa was perfect. Everyone was so sweet and always happy to help. The Villa was beautiful and a great location. The best Bintang in Bali is only a short walk away. We loved our stay there and will definitely be back one day!

There was no onsite restaurant but not a problem as there a many other restaurants very close by. Easy to get to by car or a 15 min walk. Overall was happy with the property for the price point. Staff was amazing!

This is a lovely, stylish, spacious and well designed property. It is down a long alley so it feels secluded and private even though it is only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had room service the last night and it was delicious and very inexpensive. An amazing value. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful villa with private pool. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and shops but feels quiet and secluded once inside. Staff were very welcoming and communicative and made a special effort for my partner’s birthday. Highly recommended stay in Seminyak!

The property is really good, well maintained. Private pool is the best. Staffs were really friendly. But, It is actually located way inside a very small road which is really dark in night time.

Our 2nd stay here… couldn’t be happier with everything. The staff are amazing, friendly and beautiful We laughed together over our cultural differences and they love to know about where you are from. This accomodation is so lovely. The private pool and the villa is lovely. The staff will do anything for you to make your stay special. Peaceful villa in the middle of bustling Seminyak. Just a short walk to the beach and dining but you would not know it as the property was set back from the noise and bustle. We had a communication issue about transport from the airport to the villas in the beginning, and we booked alternative transport,which made me wary to begin with. The stay was amazing, staff were so friendly and helpful. When we were leaving (430am) our villa to fly home the booked driver didn't show. The gentleman on duty tried his best to get in contact and when he couldn't arranged an alternative that got us to the airport in plenty of time. We would definitely stay here again.

Great villa excellent staff

Stayed 7 nights in 1 bedroom villa with private pool, excellent staff so helpful the breakfast delivered to our villa every morning was wonderful. Whenever we wanted to be dropped off in the area for dinner not a problem just had to get a taxi back. Free push bikes were great for going down to the beach walk for coffee or dinner, staff never came into the villa unless asked or until we left for the day to clean, very courteous. Close to lovely restaurants and shopping, all walking distance. Only problem was no one replied to our email to them for pick up at the airport and we had to catch a cab and was very expensive. We will be back again.

Tired and outdated

We stayed in a tired looking one bed villa, really needs improvement even though everything was clean it was a bit depressing. It was marketed as luxury and I’d have been happy if it cost half the price. Breakfast is made somewhere offsite and no coffee included. The staff are distrusting, we were late for the airport and they made us wait while they checked the room!

Place very run down, not the villa photos showed to be. Sheets not changed ever and were dirty, Villa quiet run down and clear with grime in bathrooms etc cleaning never done to a satisfactory level. Staff were good thou thou until they attempted to charge me cleaning of sheets on departure, then couldn’t advise the last time they were swapped out. Wouldn’t go back regardless of price. Good location thou.
